I will start off by saying that scan is booked for next week.

I have a sec b mare that was turned out on the 10th july with my stallion, came into season around the 14th, didn't see her covered but stallion was her best buddy!!! She would have been due again on the fourth aug which came and passed un eventfully. Then her next due date came in and all went to pot!!!! The stallion was def interested she was squirting and spraying but wouldn't let him cover her, he ended up with a few good kicks off of her as we couldn't safely get her out of the field!!!!

She is going to the vets next week to find out what's going off with her. If not in foal will look at AI next year for her.

Any one eles had similar????

Theres been a few threads similar to this, I think the consensus is, get her scanned but it could be that she is still showing oestrous (sp?) behaviour?

A scan will be the only way of telling.

One of our mares were exactly the same, ran with Spring etc, afterwards she seamed to keep coming into season and we were convinced that she wasn't in foal. But she kept putting weight on so we had her scanned - In Foal!
