For the last 2 weeks my horse has been lazy { he can be at times} i decided to take him on a farm ride to perk him up, he wasnt interested in jumping/cantering he was hard work. So i had the vet out to do blood tests including cushings, all clear, she checked his heart/temperature normal. Ive rode him a few times since the vet visit hacking, and hes more forward { normal} but after the ride hes starting to sweat up on his neck/chest which he never does, he is normal in all other ways, do you think its pain related, i do have some bute so might try him on that. Can not think of anything else, any thoughts, thankyou.

He doesn't sound fit enough to be going on farm rides or doing any other kind of fast work. I would tart a fittening regime with him, with a carefully worked out plan, gradually increasing the time length/speed of his work.

He is fit he does about 10 hours hacking a week plus pleasure rides/fun rides

I'd definitely get the blood test for cushings done again, as it can give a false negative result and it is free till end of the month but it actually doesnt cost that much in first place...But ask for the EMS blood test too as this is sounding very familiar with the symptoms. Let us know how you get on...
