When Ronnie jumps he tends to leave his back legs hanging and doesn't respect SJs at all, he just demolishes them.

Yet when he goes xc he looks like he has no back legs because he tucks them up so much...

I was wondering if there were any exercises we could do to encourage to pick his back legs up. Have just started grid work with him. Any ideas appreciated

I have exactly the same problem but with Titan's front legs. X-Country he looks like Milton - knees above his nose!

But showjumping he literally doesn't bother to lift his legs and demolishes jumps. Have not found a solution yet so will watch this thead with interest. Thanks for bringing it up!
 
Have you tried v fences. They are quite good for encouraging them to pick there front feet up, 2 poles like /\ that with the top rested on the pole. good at keeping them straight to. lol
