Looking to get a new set of exercise bandages and a new saddle cloth for my black mare, but i'm so undecisive and can't for the life of me decide which colour to get her! :D

Decisions, decisions!

Anyone got pics of black horses with matchy matchy colours or just a saddle cloth, or any colour suggestions for a black horse?

Just a bit of fun!
Thanks in advance :)

Yellow looks fantastic on black horses, as does red.
Saying that, most colours will suit!
Have a look at the Anky sets, or HKM,they'll give you some inspiration/prove far too tempting and you won't be able to resist buying a matchy matchy set, or two!

One of mine is officially dark bay but to the eye he's black.
He looks great in bright red bound white .
And sky Blue
And navy and yellow
He does not seem to suit greens .
Lots of colours look great on blacks

My old horse was black and new one is such a dark bay he may as well be black haha. Any colour looks good on them really, but for matchy sets I like bright colours which look fab on the dark coat

grey would look fab

Or the tan/brown colour in the HKM catologue would look amazing on a black horse

Dark grey is top of the list at the mo!
Although, i always go for discreet colours like black, navy, or brown.. and i think she would look great in something more colourful, but maybe i should stick to what i like best! Thank you :D

My girl wears bright red or light blue, as you definitely need more than one set of matchy matchy, beige also looks fab :)

Not matchy matchy but I LOVE this HKM saddlecloth. After keeping a close eye on the work of PKF though, I chose to donate the £30 I would have spent instead... Payday again next week though so :D

Ivory/ cream looks great on blacks, though gets dirty so quickly :/

Also like this colour on black... Another one on my wish list :D

ERRRRMMMM......

With my Jet black horse I put him in White.

White saddlecloth with his name embroidered on to it
White bandages/boots
Browband encrusted with real swarovski crystals.

His whites were sparkling and his coat shone. I do say it but he looked abs perfect, i wish he was still here.

Mine has a white saddle cloth and white boots most of the time. I also have the following sets of saddlecloths / bandages which occasionally get an outing, depending on what I am wearing to match!!!

1. Sludge green (sounds ghastly, looks fab)
2. Blood red (darker than scarlet, very classy)
3. Dark khaki
4. Black

Here is my daughter on her pony, he is dark bay, but very nearly black. This colour is also worn on her grey and two black horses and looks great on them all.

My black mare wears whatever is clean, poor girl and apart from white, the colours are always muted. I'm slightly in awe of you super smart folk who are coordinated. Do like the sound of grey though.
