I seem to be struggling with my boobs even in my sports bra. They seem to be having a mind of their own. Ride in the Panache from less bounce.com but they still bouncing.

It is really putting me off my riding as I am conscious of them, so spend more time wondering what they are doing.

They are not mahoosive, but an E cup.

Anyone else have that problem? Should I wear a normal bra as well or shall I just resort to Vetwrapping them :)

Thanks

I have just bought one from bravissimo, it was fairly expensive (around £35)but so far im really pleased with it! Have only been plodding about on horses so havent tried it riding yet but has been brilliant in the gym!

try 'less bounce', have a website. they do a control guide for each one, what cup size it gives low/medium or high control to. I have several from there, best one is the active (I'm fairly generously gifted), wonderfully comfy & feels in control. cost £35 ish, but worth ever penny. Think they have a free delivary offer on at the mo as well.

I have a freya active one now, and it is the best non-wired sports bra I have ever had. I did have a wired one from M&S that was very good but it is now discontinued (last time I looked at theirs I found them less supportive than a normal bra) having said that I wouldn't ride in a wired bra for safety the wired one was for the gym and for doing the moonwalk!!

I have a Shock Absorber level 4 (max impact) bra and it's amazing - it keeps my comfortable and bounce free doing a range of exercises-related activities! http://www.johnlewis.com/65804/Style.aspx?source=63258

I also got one on sale in M&S clearance for about £7 and it's equally as good:

M&S also do an extra-high impact for £20, so if you're really struggling to get enough support, it might be helpful.

Don't touch Pro Sport USA with a bargepole - my sports bra from them is merely an instrument of torture!

Thanks for the thread. I'd never heard of lessbounce but I've just looked and they have a great range, I'm going to buy tomorrow - see if I can avoid knocking myself out at sitting trot.

NELSON11 - I'm a 32E and found that the shockabsorbers didn't give me enough support - boobs sort of bounced out of the top of it!:eek: The freya active is brilliant!

Agree!

It fits a treat too, and when you have clothes on over the top you don't look too much like you have got a sports bra on. No sausage boobs or mono boob like with some makes.

I got mine in a bravissimo sale, in the flesh tone so that it doesn't go grey with washing like white does and doesn't show through clothes.

One of the gripes I had last time I went to M&S was that there was nothing available in "big sizes" that wouldn't have showed under a shirt, black and neon pink wasn't quite the look I wanted!

Thanks for all your replies, Is it right to try a get a size smaller so they are even more compact? I think my Panache ones from Less Bounce are slightly too big, that is why they are still dancing around maybe

I've got one from M&S that was about £20 - just looked it up and its the Extra High Impact Bonded Non-Wired Sports Bra. Love it! Stops my boobs bouncing around riding, and I also play rugby and they don't move one bit. One of the other girls I play rugby with has mahoosive boobs and she's got one as well and swears by it!
