Any of you use a Laminitis Supplement?

Do any of you use a laminitis supplement on your equines, which you can recommend and ones to avoid or do you just use magnesium. Many thanks.

i don't use any at all, i once fed anti-lam(top spec), but did'nt think it made any difference, so i now save my money.
all my mare as,is soaked hay,and happy hoof

I feed my shetland Formula4Feet which is a supplement targeted for laminitis prone ponies. I have no idea if it works, he is a fat little man and I love him to bits, so I use it as a precaution.

5 Star Laminaze - independent nutritionist said it would provide useful antioxidants, but would not prevent laminitis.

I used just magnesium with my mare and seemed to really help

Recently I keep hearing about Hippo Ex Laminitis it's about £100 a pot but apparently is fantstic and people I know with severe laminitics are experiencing no attacks on it. Some vets etc are starting to recommend it. Having not tried it myself I can't properly recommend it but if I still had my laminitic mare I would certainly try her on it!
