I find these are the best rugs for 4'9" ponies. They are also one of the cheaper rugs as well which helps.

We have an elderly loan pony who wears a 4'9" and came with only a no-fill rug (but was rugged in previous home and does feel the cold). We bought him a 50g turnout from Ruggles and a 100g turnout from Maxima and they have been great so far, just enough to keep the chill off and very robust too. Neither were expensive, in the grand scheme of things, but unfortunately we don't have any spares to offer you.

If you don't mind me asking, is this a pony you are taking on or belongs to someone else? I guess if not yours then perhaps you don't want to get into buying rugs for him but maybe someone will be able to lend something.

What’s the story op?
I have a few not 100%reliable light weights but they are ok in normal weather just not torrential. Obv not very warm but may add a layer?

I am changing my ponies rugs as they are too short for her. I have a gallop trojan 100 combo, the one with grey rim rug and a 250 rug combo the one with the yellow rim, sold the 350 with blue rim last week, and was going to list these
