Any riding around Stoke Lacy / Munderfield Stocks, Hereford?

Hi

Does anyone know please if there's any off road riding around Munderfield Stocks? I've looked on a map and can't see much, but local knowledge is always better so I thought I'd ask on here!

Failing that, does anyone know of a nice horsey discussion group on Facebook for the Hereford area please? I can find selling groups, but not general discussion groups.
