Any shows still on next weekend - West Mids/Shrops/Worcs??

I know it may be a long shot with all this flipping rain but does anyone know of a nice local show going ahead next weekend - a friend wants to do ridden and *friendly* working hunter i.e not too big...

According to SkyNews Gloucestershire, Worcestershire et al are all under several feet of water so you're being a bit optimisitic. The Arab Horse Society Show at Malvern has been cancelled, the Spanish Horse Association Breed show at Hartpury has been cancelled . . . .

Yes, we are being optimistic - friend has been having a couple of jumping lessons and feeling brave so desperate to give a small WH course a go... Either that or we were going to explore some new routes but they have probably been washed away

You've just missed the Newport show, which as far as I know is the only one to have gone ahead in weeks

Burwarton show near Bridgnorth has just been cancelled, it would've been on the 2nd of August but clearly they're anticipating more bad weather, eek!

No shows here either, I drove to 1 the other day to find it had been cancelled that morning

At this rate we'll be paddling through our county show too

We managed to get to Bromsgrove Riding Club show a couple of weeks ago but he was the only one in the class - but still he won

and he went lovely

New saddle is a Jeffries Stamford WH

Very pleased with it - just come back from our first hack in it and he went so well in it

Can't wait to come up and see you - fingers crossed that your show still on or S and K will be so disappointed!!
Can't wait for beach ride - I am NOT bringing new saddle - K has told me about her unexpected swim in the sea
