Not looking for any welfare advice, more advice for a covering letter for applying for an Officer's role. I really, really, would love a chance at this so any advice would be extremely appreciated. I just don't know where to start as I've not been in an animal related job for so long.

My whole CV will need re-vamp as itd just payroll payroll payroll from about 4 years ago apart from my weekend yard job. animal jobs before that mind you... but perhaps I should convey them on my covering letter and not bulk up my actual CV.
