I'm trying to sell my lorry at the moment but have had no response so far

I know it is probably the wrong time of year, but just thought it was worth asking if anyone had any comments about the advert so I can change it if required?

Diesel or petrol? Engine size?

I'd also consider dropping the price, I sold mine in a better climate, D reg, 98.000 miles for £3000

Thats why I put any offers considered, I was hoping that would encourage people? Around here everyone is telling me that is a very fair price, including my lorry mechanic, but it has to be sold...

Bloody hell I wouldnt lower the price anymore, you could get a trailer for £3000!

I would definitely put diesel or petrol and engine size though xxx

I think it is just a difficult time of year to sell a box.

I know that is a factor - I am not really expecting to sell it until Jan/Feb although sooner would be brilliant

Mind you this feedback has been excellent, cant believe the obvious stuff I managed to leave out

Good job it is only online at the moment - I will pay for 'proper' advertising in the new year

Does it have a FSH and have you kept garage receipts etc? I always like to know a bit of history

I have only had it since June or so last year, so nothing from me and nothing came with it. All I know is that it passed its last MOT v easily, just some minor work renewing a brake pipe needed - is that worth putting on an advert though?

Is it a 3.5 ton? if so you need to put 3.5 ton and that it can be driven on a car licence! Put that in capital letters and as the heading! People are absolutely desperate for cheap 3.5 tonners, but they are not going to look at it if they dont realise it is driveable on a car licence! Would advertise on horsemart.
Also did you put rear facing/side facing whichever it is?

Headroom, or the maximum height of horse it will take. Also ditto the above about being a 3.5 ton, especially if you advertise on other websites as some people only search boxes that state under 3.5 ton.

Its actually really difficult to get a decent pic of the inside

I know the 2nd pic isnt good, but I tried for ages and couldnt get a better one which showed the inside properly

I think when I pay for an advert I will only use the first pic

I agree that the pic of the inside isn't good enough. Perhaps anothing photo from exactly the same angle, but:
- remove the mattress, plastic sheeting and crate
- put a saddle and bridle on the racks
- put in a folding chair and table (unfolded) to give an idea of the space that is available, or perhaps a trunk/storage box.
Also, how about a photo of the outside with the ramp down - you can't see the horse's accommodation in your current pics.

Saying that your financial situation forces the sale is asking for silly offers, or people might think that you couldn't afford to maintain it properly. How about simply saying Offers Considered?

LMAO - great ideas NoCollection, but the area shown is only just about 3 feet wide so no way would a table and chair etc fit in

I shall just delete the photo I think

But thanks very much for the feedback
