Touch wood FanyDuChamp, sadly she wont listen to me as her MOTHER backed her up on buying this said horse but ill give it a shot

And what sort of reason is 'cute' to buy a horse. Yes we all think our horses are cute, but this is after we've made a decision on if its the right age, breed, temprement, hight, exoerience to do the job we're buying it for. And I would never dream of buying a horse without taking an experienced, trusted friend to view it. Who, in that situation would have advised not to buy!! Yes, I had an unbacked 2yr old as my 3rd horse but i'd been riding since I was 8, and had been to equestrian college!!

This is also the problem i think shes 9-10 :S. But as a 13 year old I dont want to be too mean on her if you understand what I mean?

Yeah, I understand your problem.
Does she have any help from an instructor? Maybe she could get some advice on groundwork that she could be doing until the pony is a year older.
