Hi all,
Well after several years I'm finally back in the saddle! I had a private assessment lesson a few weeks ago, and had my first group lesson today- which was actually really good. I was slightly hesitant as my previous experiences of group lessons has been 'ride to the back of the queue'
however, I was definately working for the full hour!
So to get to the questions- does anyone have any good tips to help me leg yield at a trot properly without the horse falling back into walk?
Also, this standing trot- does anyone have any tips to keep myself up and out the saddle? I'm sure it didn't help I had a very bouncy horse
Sorry if the questions are a bit numpty, I'm very glad I've got back into it, however sometimes it feels a bit dishearting that I used to have two horses on share, and could do all this several years ago. Oh well, onwards and upwards as they say!
