she still seems to be carrying on as normal ,so im thinking not :( . i would have thought they had a file of "misdemeaners" on her a mile long from various sources. please dont tell me shes slipped under the radar and got away with it again !!!what HAS she got to do ?? and yes i do have a personnel interest.
 
i wondered because i clicked on a horse for sale this morning that looked very cheap for what it was supposed to be and then i found out it was hers!
 
was it connemara? went to see it and it wasnt the pony in the photo!! she said it had just grown a darker coat. But there were too many other differences for it to be the same pony.
 
that one (called Russell)was sold, tho she showed it to me as she said she hadnt got any deposit. They were both in the latest H&H. this was a 6 yr old dun connemara, and the one she showed me definately wasnt the one pictured with the ad. Still, it was a nice pony and I hope she finds a nice home.
 
and the one she showed me was a much darker dun, with a different shaped head and shoulde,and higher black leg nmarkings. This one is being solld on Horsemart under the name pietr. She was a nice pony,but the fact she kept insisting it was the same one annoyed me-
 
as soon as she opens her mouth you know shes lying ! i wouldnt buy anything off her even if it cost £10 ! there is a problem with almost everything she sells . what you think you are saving on the purchase price for a nice horse ,you will spend on the vets bills , £1000s AND £1000s. the insurance wont be valid as it was already there when you bought it ! or you could spend months hobbling around not being able to ride because that "quiet" horse tried to kill you. most of the people who have tried to bring her to task have just given up , it never happens and you end up so frustrated. the best thing is to never line her pockets and flash lifestyle in the first place.
 
OP it takes a very long time for these things to be brought about, if indeed something is being done.

You are unlikely to hear anything for a while yet if they are taking action.
 
It's my view that trading standards might be the people best placed to make her life difficult.
And I bet a IR investigation of her affairs might be fruitful , just a thought for those stung .
 
yes i suppose it does take time. trouble is the longer she gets away with everything ( and its thousands of things ! ) the more time she has to make loadsa money ! the more money she makes , the posher her website , and posher she thinks she gets. when she has enough money she can afford to be "posh " for want of better wording . like most criminals she can then go straight and all the people who "made" her get nothing but dud horses and bills.
 
goldenstar, people have been harassing trading standards about her for years ! she isnt so stupid NOW to fiddle the tax .shes too high profile now than when she didnt have a website and a fat boyfriend to ponce off. who says crime doesnt pay ??
 
The other thing I noticed was the horses were all very well behaved- so well behaved they didnt dare move a muscle when she was there. Actually I wouldnt call it well-behaved.... more like traumatised and rigid with fear!!
 
my horse was drugged for certain. so maybe if people come to see them she gives them just enough to calm them. i so dont understand HOW she gets away with it all. i also dont understand why people keep buying her horses. ok shes charm itself when she taking your money , but you try asking for it back !!!
 
you really think that will safeguard you ?????? the problem with that is when you take her to court , and WIN! she wont pay up !! you try enforcing it ! just costs you more and more , and you dont get a penny back !!!! so really the vets inspection was just another waste of money. the only REAL safeguard is DONT BUY IT IN THE FIRSTPLACE !!!

Ok i think youre missing the point, i was talking in general terms, not about her specifically, so please dont shout, and yes i do think it is better to do this, or i wouldnt have said. You obviously have an axe to grind small claims would be your best bet

It is very expensive to get bloods analysed and you pay for analysis for different things. You would likely need to check for bute, valerian, ACP. I don't know what some calmers contain.
My horse had a 5 stage vetting with bloods taken - he flew that. I got LOU for him some 8 months later for a condition he had clearly had when I bought him.

I was in 2 minds to get bloods checked, but I was told it would cost around £500 + to have them analysed. I had already got emotionally attached to the poor horse, so I thought what was the point. Of course he may have been dehydrated when we tried him - lack of water has a massive calming effect.

Let me again make it clear, Im not defending this person, im saying what id do to try to cover my back when buying a horse and yes, id go to small claims court as well, there mustve been a ruling from court, if its in your favour surely its worth pursuing to get your money back and hit her for costs as well, it sounds like a few people have been burned so may be worth getting together and pooling your resources to make a claim as a group against the person in question?

the !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is how i feel ! marydoll maybe i dont always explain things clearly , and for you no !!!. she was taken to court and she lost and was ordered to pay . time went by and she didnt . to re-enforce costs more and you can do it as many times as you want. if the person moves around or refuses to pay , at the time , there was nothing you could do.

All she has to do is close the company and make herself a bankrupt and she will never have to pay. Happened to a friend of mine after he had spent £10,000 on legal fees to get a judgement against a dealer. He never got a penny of his costs or of the value of the horse.
 
Regarding the original Tic Toc thing, nothing will ever come of it. The "evidence" was obtained by illegal copyright violation and it will almost certainly not be admissible in court.

Partly correct, she cannot be a Director. So she gets her brother, father, mother, sister, boyfriend or the dog to do it instead and carries on exactly as normal but without the debts.

It's done time and time again by dodgy businessmen in all areas.
 
Cptrayes I think that would be a separate matter about the illegal copyright. I don't think it will make it in admissible so long as it is proven it is genuine footage and where it came from.
