For the non-vets: GPM is Guttural Pouch Mycosis
Sadly, I have become acquainted with this disease (HHO post below) and it seems that the vets here are seeing more of it than usual this year.
I'm interested in hearing what the vets, equine health care people or horse owners with experience of it can say about it: Increase (or not) of the number of cases in the UK, prognosis, success rate of the surgery and the technique used, etc...
