You'd have to get in touch with the FN (like BD, BSJA, BE over here), they are based in Warendorf, to request the record to be emailed to you.
Do you own the horse? If you email them with any information you have: the horses name, dam and sire or the ID number if its a newer passport (with the FN logo on it).
I lived out there for 12 years with my German bred mare. Now also have a KWPN and to register him BSJA had to contact Belgium Holland and Germany for his record.
