Usually by this time of year I'm beginning to panic about how fat Barney, the companion, is looking but he looks great. This year my grass has really not taken off growth wise. Just been out to check the horses (they are out 24/7 now) and I reckon I'm going to have to start feeding Old Mare as she has lost a little bit of condition since being turned out (only a couple of weeks). Don't get me wrong the grass has grown a titchy bit and looks a healthier colour but not really that much
