Anybody else's ponies shivering!?

Went to the yard this evening and poor Rio was shivering! He already had a lightweight sheet, a 345g stable rug and a heavyweight rug on top! Put lots more rugs on and he was happy to go back out but I felt awful! Anybody else have cold ponies or is mine just a wimp?

Didn't appear to be no. The ones who aren't clipped have medium weight turnouts on and the two clipped ones were chucked out of the stables a week or so ago (being that it was coming in to 'spring'!) but they are now in full neck turnouts due to the weather. All seem fine but then have plenty of feed, hay and shelter. Hoping that the weather perks up a bit soon though!

She's not shivering, but only just feeling warm in a 350g heavyweight with a lightweight turnout on top, and she's a fluffy welsh a! But she colicked last week and has liver problems at the moment so that could be why.
