Coud you maybe look on the Doglost site & see if they are listed as missing.
I know of a male GSD missing in Surrey.....since Friday.
But Surrey is a big place.

I've looked on all the sites I can find and nothing. Reported to the police and several vets - nothing. It is the Chertsey area .

Does the dog warden kow? That's usually one of the first places people report missing dogs to. You can contact Doglost and ask them to be listed on the found page incase someone checks there.
