Hi all,
Just wondering, has anyone used a company to purchase their equestrian property? You know, the ones that offer you under the market value in exchange for a quick, easy sale?
I know they typically offer you 80 to 85% of the market value. I am willing to take an offer on my property as I want to sell as quickly as I can. (I've spotted another equestrian property, and can't be bothered to wait for a sale! Impatient, I know.) Will be hard to leave my sandschool when I move, but hopefully can put another one in on the house we buy.
Are they any good for rurul properties with land?
