we are thinking about getting another labrador (we already have 2!

) and we decided that this time we would like to rescue one... we saw an advert for this rescue centre- www.loveyourlabradors.co.uk/ Labrador rescue south east and central.. has anyone used them before? the reason we want to use this group is because one of our younger dogs brothers was re-homed through them (somone bought him, didnt want him, sent him back to breeder, she didnt want him to meet mum again for obvious reasons) he was rehomed within 2 days...
so any good/bad info on them.. and also how easy is it to re-home a dog? are they quite piky on things like garden size etc. etc??
thanks

Cant get the link, it says adress is wrong.
However my eldest Weimraner was from a breed rescue place and they usually do a great job. I got my boy at 5 months old and I was his 6th home !!!!!!!! he is now 13 and still with us ( for now, poor boy as gone blind)

Most breed rescues do great job, and quite rightly are very picky wih their homes, however as you have labs already I dont think you shaould have a problem.

Most do a home check, which is fine by me, or if a homechecker knows you, as in my case, they can be a sponser and then a home check in not usually necessary.

Good luck, it can be hard at first but well worth it

We had ours through the Labrador Rescue Trust - great people and did a very thorough check on us! Will definitely get the next one through them..

sorry about the link.. didnt mean the / on the end of it..

were going to think about possibly getting it next year as we dont want it over the winter as we want it to be oustide as much as possible, playing etc. etc...
we dont mind the check etc, its just our garden isnt huge- a fair size but they go on 2 walks a day and runs/bike rides and taken to the yard for yards/playing/pottering around, so they get plenty of excericse
