Anyone 70 miles west of Newcastle (Langholm)?

According to FB there has been a tip regarding Tic Toc, in a place called Langholm - can anyone take a look see in any stables/yards/paddocks? Bear in mind he has Cushings and might be lethargic and unwell. I'll copy this to Scotland pages too.
