Ah ok
It is our local so we suffer it regularly! Wont be the most exciting of outings, just like VV for their cafe

As of this summer (hopefully!) it will be our regular too! Were moving home! Yay!
I love the bacon and brie paninis there! My OH loves it too because he can be warm and dry hile he watches!
Pony just not too keen on the whole indoors situation!

Yeah it is a good spectator venue. Goddy didnt like the indoors thing, but dont think he notice anymore!

Not sure where Im moving to yet! If all else fails i will move back in with ma and pa, but hopefully OH will get a job nearby and then were looking for a house. Somewhere near east mids airport, as ponio lives in kegworth when were home!
Eventually hell realise he can jump without hitting his head, he just prefers having somewhere to run to after the jump!

Ah ok, still a bit of a distance for you then to VV? But suppose other than Barton/Bunny is your closest centre? Sounds good

Yup, student at hartpury! In my fourth year, finishing my dissertation that i should of done last year!!
VV is worth the distance! Go to eland lodge for the SJ too, hen likes the outdoor arena and the surface. I prefer indoors in this weather though!

Cool! Spoilt at Hartpury with the facilities!!
Yeah VV is a good place, like Eland XC, though G finds the outdoor arena spooky
too much to look at outside of it i think! Managed 2 down at that ODE cos he just wasnt looking!!!

Yeah, they have lots of flappy plastic banners around the arena, and the food place by the end, its very scary!
Hens pretty unflappable and when hes feeling spooky he usually performs better so i dont mind!
Hen was kept at hartpury last year, i love the big outdoor there! The indoors were always busy and the big indoor wasnt finished. The other outdoors are horrid, hen fell over in one in our first year, landed right on top of me! So we just stuck to the big outdoors!
Have some lovely horse there too, in my first year i used to have lessons on an ex eventer that had gone round burghley! He was fab, i think id of been brave enough to try it on him!

Yup, i wanted to take my pony to uni, and didnt know what else to do, so equine science won!
Hartpury is fab, but keeping the horse on site doesnt suit everyone!!! I loved it in my first year, used to get up, walk down feed the pony, go back to bed, go to lectures, ride, go to sleep! Only very occasionally did i go out! Honest!
They have some fab horses to ride, or at least they did when i had lessons! Ones that could teach you to ride better than any instructor!

Lol! Sounds perfect life on the first year then!!
And yes, amazing what a been there done that horse can teach you. I do miss riding lots of different horses as you learn so much!

It was pretty good! Being there helped with hens schooling so much too!
