I've been for the past 10 years every year. Yes it is good, but not one of my favs TBTH, but def worth going. It's round a UK chaser course, and the last few years they've made the ride a LOT shorter than it used to be. The majority of the jumps are big aswell.

Yes it is definitely worth going on - although I haven't been for about 10 years - but I used to keep my horses in offchurch - next door to the Offchurchbury. It was a lovely Uk chasers course - a good selection of jumps about 30 - 40 and all types. I remember the jumps being from about 2 ft onwards - loads around the 2ft6 height

thats a shame - what happened to all the UK chaser jumps, there were logs, barrels on the slope up towards the village, sharks teeth and parallels, a triple, tyres along the road out of the village - all about 2ft3 - 2ft6 There were also loads of old BE jumps in the mares paddocks down towards the river and then steps logs etc in the woods above the river. It was used up until recently for the riding clubs eventing finals so I had assumed they had added to the jumps rather than reduced them.

They re-vamped a lot about 5 years ago. For example, they took out these steps...

And replaced them with 1 massive (at least 3'3") one. Same as the water complex.

They do have the barrels still actually, they'll be the smallest thing on course. The others shark teeth, etc, were made a lot bigger than they used to be.

does it tend to be busy?

TBH i`m not too bothered about the jumping its more an experiment to see how my horse reacts and to just go along and enjoy the ride (dont have much hacking around me)
