Anyone bored find me a horse!!

I'm looking for a horse for my grandmother. Needs to be between 16.1hh and 16.3hh and 100% in every way. Mainly yo be used for hacking and a bit of light schooling. 5* home awaits in Kent ideally don't want to be travelling miles to see them. Budget of around $2000. Not keen on TB's

Finding a decent 16.1hh-16.3hh for under 2000? How old does it need to be? If you're looking at under 11ish then you'll really struggle. I'll have a look for you though
