Hi - Has anyone bought an item from Hoofheartedequestrian.co.uk? I am intruiged to find out. I ordered 2 items over 3 weeks ago from them. They have taken my money, not heard anything else since! I have tried emailing them but no response. If i call no-one answers the phone and if I leave a voicemail no-one responds. You can track your order on their website - at first it said status waiting to be dispatched, and then it showed as cancelled even though they still have my money. I'd be interested in hearing if anyone has bought anything through them, or if anyone has any ideas as to what I do now!
 
I havent bought anything from them but I have heard people complain about them on this forum before. Same thing I think. Bought something but takes forever to be sent. If I remember right they tried to cancel as it was taking too long but i'm not sure if they got their refund or at least they werent answering phones or responding to emails about getting a refund.
 
who farted?? Hmm, don't think could trust a company named that!!
