Anyone bought anything from Knightsbridge Equestrian?

I paid for a equisafety air waistcoat on 15th April which according to website was in stock, not received it and getting no reply to my telephone calls or emails. Did a google search and seems I'm not the only one to have not received paid for goods recently. It reckons on their website that they have been nominated for retailer of the year twice....god knows how!

Anyone else had problems with this company? I have now paid for and received the waistcoat from Hyperdrug.

Thankfully I paid via paypal so have put in a dispute with them.

Exactly the same happened to me. I also paid using PayPal and have had a dispute upheld and a refund given. Trading Standards in Stirling are investigating this company - the address in there is a block of flats and it's empty. Apparently it was a genuine company at one time, but the operators seem to have disappeared, although the website is still trading and taking money. I also contacted BETA, who advised me that the company was not entitled to use the BETA logo either.
