Anyone bought Burghley tickets?

Has anyone ordered their Burghley tickets and not received them yet? We ordered our XC and SJ grandstand tickets 2 days after the box office opened and not received them, nor has the card been debited yet? The box office is closed so can't ring till Wednesday so wondered if anyone was in the same boat? Can't remember when tickets were sent out when we went 2 years ago...

I wouldn't panic yet - I seem to remember they send them nearer the time but could be wrong

Yes have ordered ours but from what I can remember from previous years you don't get them until much nearer the date. So I wouldn't panic yet!
