Anyone bought from Equus recently?

Has anyone bought anything from equus recently? I ordered a fly rug on Monday and I’m kicking myself now as I should have checked the trust pilot reviews, which are awful. No sign of the rug, no dispatch email despite their own deadlines passing, can’t get through to anyone on the phone. I’m wondering if I’ll ever see the rug or a refund?

Yes I’ve just bought some brushing boots, took 2 weeks to arrive emailed but got automated email saying busy, emailed twice more then got despatch email, they answered my previous email with apology for delay After I received the boots, Had the same when I ordered a pony rug, but their prices are competitive so as long as your not in a hurry they are fine

I’ve now had a dispatch email and confirmation from Royal Mail that the rug is due on Tuesday so 🤞

Yes and it came through fine. I’d forgotten they were a bit funny about a prior refund and I wasn’t going to buy again! As it turned out the item didn’t fit so I’m waiting on a refund.

This will be why the grazing muzzle I ordered three weeks ago still hasn’t been despatched and I’ve had no response to my chasing FB message and email! Their website says they are moving warehouses. Time to ask the bank to step in and help. Wish I had read company reviews before ordering.

I got a gift voucher on Monday from.a friend for there, on Tuesday it was automatically refunded. The website was down on Tues and said it was having admin but couldn't say when it would be up and running...sounds like they've gone under. Sorry. I'd see if you can get refunds through PayPal or your bank?

Yes. Took ages to come and I return 1 item. No refund and after months of chasing I have a message from what is apparently new customer service to say that no refund will be paid. I have to go to credit card charge back. This is apparently becasue they went into administration in August. I had asked them explicitly about this over and again and was ignored.

They seem to have gone into a new warehouse and are using the excuse that they have been in administration not to deal with refunds (or I suspect previous orders). [Content removed]

They sent out an email to people recently to say they had gone in to administration and that they were very sorry, victim of their own success etc.. and suggesting that people contact their own banks to try and claw back the money

Then on the same email said they were trading as a new company (same website) and offering a money off voucher as an apology! like anyone would trust them again
