Anyone breed/sell shire crosses?

My friend is really, really keen on getting a shire x as her next horse as she's loved shires since she was a little girl. To be used mainly for hacking, not too young (min 6 years old but ideally 10-12), and under 3k.

Is this possible? Anyone fancy some horse hunting for her?

Where is she? We have a local breeder who has alot of shire x tb's. He advertises on dragondrive. Some fabulous horses, might be too young for your friend, not sure if he's got any older one's available though. Worth a look.
 
Thanks competitiondiva, I shall pass those on they look very promising!

jsr she's in France, but of course she would travel over to view and when she finds something she likes she can arrange transport. She's after a horse that has done a bit rather than a youngster to bring on, but she can always have a chat with the breeder and see if he knows of anything suitable.
 
No full shire would also be great, thanks! This one is probably a tad too much of a project as it hasn't been ridden in a while, but many thanks for the suggestions keep them coming!
