Anyone care to give me their verdict on my re-written ad?

After my post last night, I have been thinking that yet again I need to re-write my ad for my ginger nut. I dont know how much more honest I can be or should I not put as much...?!? I want to word it right so that I find him a new home, but not get numpties turning up thinking he's a ready made horse when he's not because they cant read.
