yeah i do loads of stuff there.
The Xc is good but only really goes up to 3' max but it does have two water jumps and a trakenah (sp). not sure about the dressage but the sj is good. have done lots of ODEs there and rallies with PC and the SJ.
What were you thinking of doing there?

Have only done a PC ODE there but the sj was on the big surface which is a good one, they also have a smaller surface for the warm up. Think the show jumps were plastic Jump for Joy but cannot remember. Whole place is very pleasant, go for it.

I have not competed there, but went to a show to see what is was like for my youngster. People there very friendly and helpful. I can wait to try out the xc course, but i was always closed due to the bad weather, but this shows they look after the course. I hope to try it next year.
