What's the venue like - is it easy to get to, what's the surface like??? I'm thinking of going up there for the trailblazers at the end of April!

Thanks

Yep....

Only jumped in the indoor which is okay size wise, and the surface is okay too. The outdoor is fabulous though ! Never competed on it but sooo want to

A huge (90x90 i think !) rubber surfaced arena with dinky white picket fencing around and a huge judges 'tower'. It's easy enough to get to...from the A12 i believe

Very well run shows too from my experience, and loads of good quality stabling for stay away shows too

Great venue, excellent in most ways.

The jumping is on the outdoor school now, because of the weather its massive and lovely to jump on.

For dressage they quite often use all arenas - can fit 2 20 x 60's in the out door and another arena inside. I quite like it there.

I have jumped indoors and outdoors there. The indoor school is quite nice but the outdoor school is the best by far!!! I love jumping outdoors there.

They also have 3 warm up arenas in case the one by the main ring gets a bit crowded. I definatly think its one of the best venues to go to locally.

Um Um I'm useless at directions, come off the Margaretting turning from A12 and turn left at the top of the sliproad, follow that road all the way to the roundabout. Turn left onto A414, keep going on A414 (no idea how far sorry prob 3 miles) Turn left into Fringrith Hall Lane (there are bollards and a big dead tree by the turning). If you get to the petrol station you have gone too far.
NH is on the LHS about 200 yards up the lane.

Haven't been there recently but apparently it has recently changed hands and is looking really good. Only ever done dressage there though, it is easy enough to find and is a pretty good venue
