Anyone considering an ID or ISH could find a bargain!

Think it's where you don't know who's bidding, only the amount of the highest bid until auction ends.
It's not like ebay where you can put in a higher bid but only have to pay a smaller amount unless other bidders get price up tp your bid, each bid counts in this one, if that makes any sense - and I could be totally talking out of my tree!
