What did you use ??
I brought a friesian filly last year not I'n the goodish of conditions but we will get there
Anyway on her coat it was very much dead like skin
After a few baths I'n aloe Vera and lice powder to it seemed to be improving along with alot of grooming it did seem to go during winter
I thought i had cracked it but within the last couple of days it's back not so much on her body but a little .
Its mostly down her legs , her hair is falling out but with new growth underneath it, And White like appearance on legs
on the dead Hair there is little particles of White bits on the end and very itchy
Her coat looks a bit dull but nothing like it was when she first come
She is fully wormed and I've also added oil to her feed
Is there anyone who's
Dealt with this and what did you use
My friend has the vet out on next mon so if no improvement
I will be getting scraps done to see what is actually going on
Just wanted to know if anyone has dealt with kind of thing before

Mine can get scurffy legs, esp when changing coats and if she has had a few baths. She has a little oil in her feed now and I groom her every other day. She is a little flakey atm, but it usually sorts itself again when her coat is done changing. I am v careful what I use on her skin as she is v sensitive to things, so just leaving well alone with a good dandy brush groom seems to keep things good.

Try giving her legs a bath with Nizerol shampoo - you can buy it from the chemist.
it's a human anti dandruff shampoo and works really well on clearing up scurfy skin.

Dilute with hand hot water for the best results. No need to rinse off the first time but after that rinse well.

That's what i thought it could of been jendie
But i have treated her about 3 times I'n given her baths each time but also spraying on Deosect but hasn't done anything
I thought i give frontline ago and see if we have results
