Anyone donated to HorseTrust by using the online CAF?

I donated some money yesterday and got an email as a receipt, however I've just had another email back from WorldPay saying that the money paid yesterday has been refunded back to me

Has anyone else had this problem?

I tried to donate this way yesterday but I couldnt work the site out! Im going to Horse Trust tomorrow morning, so I will take my donation then.

I donated through the CAF yesterday but everything seems OK at the moment - I had an email from WorldPay confirming the transaction.

I also donated through CAF online and had no problems and received 2 confirmation emails.

Best thing would be to ring Horse Trust for their bank details and pay via online banking ?

Yes I donated yesterday and had two confirming e-mails.

Hmmm, I also had the two confirmation emails. I've emailed them back asking why it has been refunded. But in the mean time I'll contact Horse Trust again I think.

I couldn't get on with the website so rang them and they took my donation over the phone.

I got "Website error" after putting in my card details but then had two confirmation emails so think all went through ok!

I did and it said there was an error and the transaction didn't go through, but I still received a confirmation email saying it had. So obviously not the best system.

I got the 'wesite error' also after putting my card details in unfortunately I pressed it about 5 times but have only got 2 emails in confirmation so hopefully it all went through fine

I used it yesterday & had no problem & got the 2 emails back.
Having been appalled by what I saw, I decided that as I'd just got my insurance money back for Spiders op, (which I'd paid for before Christmas) & as I hadn't def expected it, I would donate some of that.
So I did some of it to HorseTrust & some to Redwings & both went through ok. It may be the volume of people using it that's making it crash a bit.
