Cannot wait for 5pm so I can head to the yard...

I've just had a strawberry cornetto but yes still stuck in the office waiting for 5pm, not riding this evening though, its supermarket shop night but I'll still be off down to see my handsome boyo and let the little lady out, she'll tear down the field like a whippet out of the trap feel bad bringing her in during the day but its for her own good!

Luckily, I get released at 4.30, woop! Then off to the yard to find that my boy has no doubt, once again, jumped over the fencing in his field where the grass is truely greener on the other side lol!

Yep have been since about 2. Still i get to go at half 4 so not to bad. Looking forward to riding in the sun and there is nothing nicer than cantering on a hack in the sun, (unless horse spooks suddenly which is a real possiblity with mine )

We pretty much manage ourselves (we have a manager, but we are fairly self sufficient in our day to day work). I have decided that as I have put in some long days this week, I will be finishing at 3.30pm today

I have been sitting in the garden doing my admin since 12.30 - has been really hot!! So hot even the horses and sheep haven't really moved. Anyhoo off to get my neices from school and bring them back here with their dog so they can all go for a walk (and play in the brook) and my sister will pick them up later.

So unfair, I had to come inside as the laptop ran out of battery! Now rigging up an extension cableto continue my afternoon in the sun. On the other hand tho I am one of these 'turns into a lobster types' so will prob over do it and look like a tomato later!
