How are your 3yr welsh Ds looking? And what are they doing?

Here's mine. Hes approx 14.2hh and hopefully has chunking out to do.
Hes a bit behind after his op early in the year but picking up.
He has been long reined, wears full tack and went to his first show summer gone :)
Planning on backing him late spring as a 4yr old. If he makes height/ width hoping to do dressage with him.

Nope, 3yr old connie x tb! but your boy has a lovely face!

mines boy is 16'1, fully tacked up and leading out happily now, after a massive set back of rearing in hand for about 8 months, couldn't get in and out of the field safely until May this year! so we are a bit behind where I wanted to be! but its not a race, is it! We've tried long lining in the field but he's taken to standing still and not moving but he long lined up the lane very happier!! slow and steady wins the race!

Good luck with your backing, im planning on starting next yr too! scary after having him as a field object for 2 yrs

This was my 3yr old this time last year, Llanmorlais Braveheart. He was cut late and shown since a foal so was very mature for his age. Also very intelligent so got him working to keep him sane and level headed to handle. He is now in Scotland

This is my 3yr old this year. Handled but hadn't done much until Dec. She has been an absolute super star this season and is now starting work in the school. I am due a knee op easter next year so hoping to turn her away Nov, back into work Jan for some winter shows then straight onto the counties and qualifiers when my knee is up to it

Not a 3 year old, but 18 month old sec d gelding. he 14hh now mum was 14hh dad was 15hh. How much did yours grow between 18mnts and 3 years?

We have two youngsters, thought to have D in them but not 100%, first below has just turned 4, super confident, first few months out hacking will go first and alone no issues at all. She has a nice jump too.

We are hoping in the opposite direction for the black above, he's about 14.2, he's bum high, hoping he'll stretch to 15! The bay is also 14.2
