Bought S a stable mirror, read the research and as his stable is seperate from the others thouht it would be nice for hime to have a 'buddy'

First night he has bitten a chunk out of the edge of it, teeth marks down the side and a fair amount of slobber -
Found him next morning wth is bum to it!

Next night, he thought it was ALIVE
Next morning, mirror hanging off the wall, with a more evidence of it being savaged through the night.

Think he might be Victor Meldrew of the horse world and is happier now his 'enemy' has left the stable!

'I dont believe it!'

Obviously researchers didnt do reasearch on horses like ours then!

It is not bad really, propped it up and had a look - I actually look quite slim in it!! Think Ill keep it for my 'fat' days!!!!!!!!

I popped my horse in a friends stable who had a mirror, mickey charged upto it then shot back, when i came back 20mins later mirror was on floor corner snapped of with him pouring at it, friend was not happy and i had to replace mirror.

When I stabled B at a friend's yard for a few days last month she had a mirror in her stable - she pooped down it every night!

Based on Jim's reaction to any horse that enters his space uninvited or comes near his stable I wouldn't even consider a stable mirror - best case scenario would be a broken mirror but I wouldn't be surprised to find a broken stable!
