Anyone else's horse's frog peeled away?

As per the title. Came to bring my horse in on Saturday morning to find to my horror that both her front hoof frogs were hanging on by a thread. They had come away level with the rest of hoof (so the hoof was flat, except for the shoe). I assume it is the funky weather we have been having or is this a 'normal' process (had the horse for four years and this has never happened)

Yep, really dry weather the rock hard ground they need more protection, then the rain comes, it softens, and starts to fall away.

Yes, Old Horse has almost no frog on front feet at the moment. Sound at walk, leap and bounce on grass, tarmac and pea gravel.

Yep, just happened here. Just the frog doing frog stuff.

Yep, totally natural. So is the sole dropping off.
