Anyone fancy helping me horse hunt? Lincs area?

It's for a very good friend, 14.2hh-15hh max, any breed, no older than 12, mare or gelding, allrounder, must be good in all traffic, £2800 absolute max.
We have trawled through the websites and haven't found anything for sale that's right.
Any help would be greatful
