anyone feed speedibeet on its own?

Do you find droppings are runny?

My girl is currently getting 250g speedibeet, 200g grass nuts and linseed and not noticed runny poos.

At the moment mine is on spedibeet and soaked hi fibre cubes so its a sort of mash feed and his poos have become better formed than they were when he was on cereal based feed! He is now even quicker to muck out every day

Have recently put mine on mainly speedibeet after advice I got from here! She has two dry scoops (once soaked put over 2 feeds a day) with a handful of chaff, linseed oil and supplements!
Also agree her droppings are better than before! she seems to love it too!!

My friend feeds her ponies just chaff and speedibeet.

Neither of them have runny poos and they have been fed it for years

Mine gets speedibeet with vits and mins and we have no issues with runny poo.

Me too - speedibeet, hi-fi and a balancer. Both fine on that - no runny poo issues!

Is your horse a coloured? I don't know why but a lot of the coloureds I know (mine included) get sloppy poos with a lot of speedibeet. We tend to just give them the watery bit over their feeds
