A real long shot but I am trying to trace the owner of a horse called Dream 15.2 dark bay mare on loan from london area to East Sussex. On loan to a woman called Jill. Jill the loaner has been kicked off 2 yards for neglecting the horse and hasnt been to see it for 3 months. She wont tel us the owners details and if she gets nwind that we are trying she will take off. Worried for horses welfare ;ILPH inspector on hols till end of Sept
