Anyone going to Merrist Wood on 5th Nov?!

Just wondering if anyone was going to do the unaff. dressage at merrist wood on 5th November?! I am very scared already - haven't taken by boy out for over a year now and he's had 6 months of it off with injury! I'll be the one falling off all the time!

I'm doing P1 and P7.

Anyone on here going? What are you doing?

Was just looking at the schedule and realised that I did want to do it but that I've prob missed the entry date again! I will get organised for the next one tho!

Yeah i've already put in for the one on 3rd Dec too! Just prelims again until we get back on our feet!!

Are these the dressage competitions run by the Windsor Forest Riding Club? I am currently plucking up the courage to take my lad to the one on the 10th December just to see how he behaves and hopefully do Prelim 1. It will be our first competition and so I will be the one on the hysterical black horse who is behaving like a loony (but with his snazzy new Albion saddle on

no these ones are done by hawley riding club! He sounds just like mine! But mine's bay, 17.2 and without the snazzy new saddle! Last test he actually jumped out of the arena and that was without the year out beforehand!!!

I don't know which bit is going to be more embarassing - tearing round the arena like the whole thing is timed or the fact that he whinnies like a loony whenever he sees another horse
