just bought some land (well hopefully, my dad is on route to sign the docs)...which includes 6 stables in 1 block, with tack room and 6 acres... needs much improvement before resale and as we are planning to sell it seperate to the other plots we were wondering any ideas of a guide price?

its in a lovely village in kent, not a particularly horsey one - no other yards in the village. hacking is ok i dont think its got outstanding off road hacking but this i will investigate

any idea's on a rough guide price?

Does it have an arena, or PP for one?
I've seen yards on the market in the SE - usually around 10 stables with commensurate grazing and menage for about £200k if that helps for a guideline. There are loads of specialist equine estate agents that way that should give you a better steer - Pelhams (?) springs to mind - I think they cover Kent

I would have said around £45k - £80k depending on location! Seems I am WAY out!

we were hoping for 100 if we put a school in. its a very quiet area so wouldnt be good for people who like to have yards nearby for friends/people to hack with.

would be fab for someone older just wanting a nice small yard for them and their ponies.

we are going to look into PP for an arena as soon as we sign the papers as i told my dad that really will be the making of it
