I was looking at doing a spreadsheet with the feeds I feed and each horses name,their feed and amount they get and it telling me how many bags I need every month? Home made apple crumble and custard on offer

Just use Manage my Horse instead. It's free and will work all that out for you

If this had been a year ago I would have been able to do this in about 2 seconds for you alas a year away from excel has made me forget almost everything!
