Anyone got a dog and a parrot? (also in soapbox)

Hi all

Just wondering does anyone have a parrot and dogs.

Basically I'm thinking about getting a parrot (I've had one before) and I have 3 dogs how did you introduce the two??

Hi i have a parrot(African Grey) and nine dogs.The parrot not bothered with the dogs,he even calls their names!! Idon't have the parrot out with the dogs though,as i,m not taking any chances,as they are whippets lol

We have relatives who have had a parrot and a variety of dogs for years. Their son bought home an akita cross from a dogs home and they now have no parrot
