Anyone got a Macaw (as in bird) I want to paint one.

Following on from my 'ive painted my horse' thread.
I would like to have a go at painting a Macaw,
Anyone got one that I could paint, you just need to supplie me with good photos.
When finished I will take photos of it to use in my adverts, but you will get the painting (unframed) free.

I do indeed have a blue and gold Macaw - his name is Mojo and currently he is swinging from dining room curtains grrrrr.

What sort of photos are you after?

have you any where his head is down, tail up, or anything rather than him just sitting on a perch, unless hes on one leg, holding some food in the other to his beak, something that shows his personality.

Got hundreds. His fav. thing is swinging, hes not bother what off, ropes, toys my curtains grrrrr. He also likes to hang upside down a lot, strange bird.

Oh he looks so much like my Yago. I had to rehome him a couple of years ago as we were away from home so much. (unfortunately our house sitter was a bit frightened of him) Still I dont miss the mess that they make.

Don't they just! I wish you could all hear him. Hes going through his full repertoire out in the garden. Thankfully he doesnt swear

Mine did. We had builders here for over 6 months & they used to teach him all sorts

Once a neighbour who wanted to call decided against it after all the shouting, screaming & swearing she could here. It was Yago in his outdoor house letting rip.
One day he really offended a delivery man that arrived & started shouting HELLO to try & get someones attention. Yago stayed inside his house part & kept shouting HELLO back. Eventually the guy gets annoyed & said is someone going to come & get this parcel? The damn bird then shouted F' Off. By this time a girl in the stables came out & the chap went ballistic. She had to show him the Macaw in his house to prove no one was intending to be rude. He got us in some real scrapes

lol We had one that used swear awfully, the language would make your toes curl and he only ever used to do it if she was out in the garden. She was one we took in from someone who couldnt cope with her - she really didn't get the language from us.
They can be very very loud. Our neighbour has a female a year younger than Mojo - he is 5 now - and the racket they make in the summer when they are both out shouting to each other is horrendous. We usually have to take Mojo round to see his girlfriend just to keep him quite.

The ones on the rope are perfect, but need all his tail if possible
