Anyone got a pro forma land rental contract ?

Find your local land agent / surveyors and ask them.

There are standard contracts depending upon whether you want a grazing licence or an assurance shorthold tenancy.

Either way, an agricultural surveyor will able to explain the differences and provide you with what you need.
