Poor Ted 
He is in a right state. We were hacking a few days ago along a track and the next moment we were both on the ground - the track had given way and his leg had gone down a hole - it was a heavy fall for us both and he was amazingly calm about it all. If he had been a pony or old he wouldn't have gotten out, but he did, and in an act of pure kindness stopped himself rolling on me.
Anyway, my masseur came out today and he is in a really bad way - we couldn't do much at all, but on touching him it looks as though he has aliens dancing all over his back under the skin - very nasty to see, the sort of thing you usually find after a very heavy rotational fall. The muscles that loop around his neck are also very, very bad.
I desperately need an Equilibrium pad, but I just cannot afford full price - so if anyone has one they wish to get rid of, or lend out for a month, then please, please may I have it!
